The best way to win over your customers is to show them that you care.
Who can do that best ?
Employees are the face of the company. They make everything work. They interact with the customers before the product gets to them (your customer).
It is not about those Pool tables, free snacks, birthday parties and weekly breakfasts.
It is about the small details – on time salaries, recognizing performers and providing enough opportunities to learn.
My experience has been:
1) Happy staff is the shortcut to better customer service.
2) Customers are humans first and they loved to be cared.
Care more for your employees and they will care for your customers.
Do what AI and technology can’t do – be more “human”.
