A thief believes everybody steals!

Employees who are leaving are supposed to work from home for the last two weeks.


I have a friend who has been running a sign board business for the past 20 years.

He has a strange rule, when an employee wants to leave.

His HR forces them to work from home during the last two weeks of notice period.

A bit weird?

I thought so as well.

But as per him, that’s the best way to deal with the situation.

Here’s what he thinks:

》》” This is because I don’t want them organizing a mass exodus behind my back or plan against the company in anyway before they leave.

After all, it takes just a hole to sink a ship.β€γ€Šγ€Š

Frankly, I don’t agree with his point of view and believe:
