An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind.

I knew someone who owed his workers their monthly salary.

When I asked him, his response was shocking.

He said: “I had an employee that left without issuing a notice and joined competition. Since then, I vowed to always pend every outstanding salary of my workers.”

Running businesses is not easy – I could understand the pains of feeling cheated.

But I still believed that was a wrong way of handling things.

He got the message and said he will think-over his “strategy”.

The thing is:

1) Judging everyone based on someone else’s offence is never a way of life.

2) An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind.

I am happy I could make an impact on his business.

To date, he could boast of having loyal employees.

It’s not wrong when they say…
