I have grown a lot in my career, but I have so much further I would like to go.
I realized, the secret to consistently grow is to consistently learn thru every interaction.
It’s through daily interactions that we grow best–and learn best.
Some of those interactions brought me pain, which I definitely did not ask for.
Some of them I pursued and some of them I attracted, subconsciously.
Some inspired, entertained and elevated me.
While a few tried to annoy and destroy!
But whether an interaction brought me nice emotions or painful ones, they all taught me something.
I learned:
1) Everyone who walks into our life is a teacher.
2) No desire to learn from every possible situation leads to arrogance.
3) Arrogance leads to irrelevance.
“A wise person knows that there’s something to be learned from everyone.” – Unknown
Are you learning enough?
