Someone was trying to sell me followers on Linkedin.
He asked me to pay some bucks to gain massive followers.
I disagreed.
I don’t want to build my brand in such a way.
I see some companies trying to buy followers for their social platforms.
To me, it makes no sense because:
1) Fake followers do not engage.
2) When they engage, you end up with useless and inappropriate comments.
3) Quick gain but loss of integrity in the long run.
Gaming the system can actually decrease your engagement and destroy your reputation.
If anyone is trying to sell, than sales is all about creating trust thru authenticity first!
It is certainly not created by buying fake followers.
What’s your view on this?
