I once approached a client.
Somehow we could never do business together.
But every time he wanted my help.
I responded to him.
I responded to his messages.
One day he called and said,
” Zeeshan, do you want to join X Company (it was one of the biggest companies in business). CEO is a friend and they are looking for someone in client servicing profile”.
I agreed.
I was called for an interview after his recommendation.
Got selected after a few rounds!
That job was one of the biggest turning points of my career.
I learned:
1) Relationships in business are much more than “Quick Business Wins”.
2) Hardwork always pays off – At times, in a far better way than we expect.
