How are you approaching your customers?

Don’t hire a business development team or member for blind product pitching, because it will dent your reputation.

Sending template-based messages or emails won’t produce desired results.

Instead, focus on building relationships and initiating conversations by adding value through relevant content.

Shift from the mindset of just “making a sale” to equipping clients with enough information, building trust and letting them to buy. Once trust is built, introduce the product strategically and explain how it can solve their problems.

People are more likely to buy a product or service when they possess optimum information about it before buying.
