In life, nobody wins by playing the blame game.

A job seeker thrash-talked her previous employer during an interview.
A recruiter, who happens to be a friend, recently told me this.

The candidate said, “My ex-manager is the biggest clown I’ve ever worked with.”
The recruiter was shocked to have heard that from her.

He ended the interview and didn’t hire her.
You can’t say that about your employers.
It makes you look unprofessional & thankless.

It doesn’t matter how bad they have treated you.
Put it to rest.

Instead, talk about what you’ve learned,
While working for them.

In life, nobody wins by playing the blame game.
Do you think the recruiter made the right decision not to hire her?
