I learned, once in a while, sales reps must:
1) Shed off some “meetings weight” to help them to move faster.
2) Spend time in understanding the competition.
3) Analyze the various market segments & see which industries are getting activated.
Sales is not a numbers games, it’s a game of activity + skills.
