What my 7 years old daughter taught me about team dynamics…

The other day, my daughter was preparing for her Mathematics exam.

After few hours of studying, she started crying : she wanted to stop studies and watch her favorite cartoons instead.

Her mom was insisting that she should continue her preparations.

I took my daughter’s side.

She was extremely happy.

But my wife got upset.

For the next few days:

Our 1 week old vacuum cleaner stopped working .

Our meals became more ‘salty’ …

The results came …Maths was the lowest scored subject.

Lesson learned:

👉 Never unnecessarily interfere with your team issues. Leave it for the respective line managers to handle 👈

If you are not responsible for results, don’t interfere in the process.

It can lead to unexpected consequences!
