If you hire interns, pay them.
They spend their time, mental energy and money as well.
Stop taking advantage of their situation.
One of my cousins did an internship in a company few months ago.
He had just completed his studies and needed a job.
Unfortunately, the job wasn’t coming, so he decided to apply for intern roles to acquire experience.
The company used him without any form of compensation or words of encouragement.
He wasn’t even given a recommendation letter.
He couldn’t take it anymore and left.
I felt sorry for him but who do we blame?
Life can be dicey.
When you are on top, try to build a table instead of a fence.
