A candidate lost his cool with me during an interview.
Because I told him I would get back to him in a few days.
He said, “Companies these days are liars, they keep deceiving candidates, you will never get back to me.”
Shocked & taken aback for a second…
I looked into his eyes; he was full of fury and bitterness.
He had been out of a job for 2 years.
I tried to calm myself and then advised him,
Not to give up!
Despite the fact that he was not interested at all to listen.
Even though, I could not hire him.
I recommended him for some roles.
I hope he gets a job sooner.
Life at times is a little more harder for a few around us.
Which leads to so much disappointment and frustration.
I hope everyone heals from pains.
