I used to be worried about tomorrow.
Often got myself worked up thinking about it.
But the more I tried hard for a better tomorrow, I never got it as I wanted.
Until I understood and started to focus on now.
I detached my “today” from my “yesterday” and my “tomorrow”.
The more I mastered this, the more I found a reason to live for tomorrow.
I learned : Focusing on now creates a better tomorrow.
