Rejection is a redirection to the best

My friend was fired from his work.
His boss said he wasn’t qualified.
And the company needs someone better.

I could see, he was depressed.
The fear of not getting another job made him lose hope.

His job search was futile for six months.
In the seventh month,
He got a job offer in a multinational company.

A year after, he was headhunted by a competitor with a promotion.
He went from being not good enough to the best employee of a bigger and better company.

I learned:

Often, rejection is a redirection to the best.
We all need rejections in life.
