The power of small wins.
After interacting with lot of successful business leaders, I noticed a common trait, that most of them hunt the little breakthroughs — the small, seemingly insignificant progressions that create steady daily progress.
Its like they unconsciously understand that no movement creates fear.
And Fear Kills Growth.
I learned, the best way to kill fear is:
1) Consistent Action: it breeds confidence. Confidence & fear seldom stay together.
2) Have a “Small-win mindset”: you tend to be less disappointed, and more motivated.
3) Stay focused on the present. All good things take time.
