Employees who are leaving are supposed to work from home for the last two weeks.
I have a friend who has been running a sign board business for the past 20 years.
He has a strange rule, when an employee wants to leave.
His HR forces them to work from home during the last two weeks of notice period.
A bit weird?
I thought so as well.
But as per him, that’s the best way to deal with the situation.
Here’s what he thinks:

Frankly, I don’t agree with his point of view and believe:
👉 If you have not done anything wrong with your employees, why will they think of harming you or your business while leaving? 👈
