Is Brexit a “Double-Disaster”?
Foreseeing challenges (Forecasting) and building right team are the most crucial and fate-deciding skills of a manager.
Forecasting is about analyzing challenges in advance (sometimes years in advance) and ensuring that they are handled way ahead they create damage to the system.
Absence of right team and not able to predict upcoming challenges to business often lead to what I call , a “Double – Disaster”.
Right vision with right people can create the impossible.
