Someone copied my post word for word and acted like he was the author.
I felt upset for a minute and wanted to call him out, but I chose to ignore it.
Why?
In life, things like this are inevitable, but we can choose to let it go and look at it with empathy.
For most of my life, I prided myself on relentless perseverance in the face of obstacles.
Letting go felt like a failure or rejection, and both were nearly unbearable to me.
Until I realized, not everything happening around me needs a reaction.
Hence, instead of fume and war with the person, I’ll rather let it be.
I hope he gets the exposure he needs as well.
Live and let others live, that’s the beauty of life.
