I remember working with a manager.
He is well respected by everyone.
But he let it get into his head.
Every time at work, he’d yell at us.
To an extent, coming 5 minutes late to office was considered a major sin.
When anyone of us made a mistake, we become so scared to let him know.
Until one day, he got fired.
He couldn’t land a job on time.
Here’s what I learned:
1) There is a difference between discipline and being sadistic.
2) The worst can happen when you least expect it.
3) Karma is real!
To the power-drunk leaders out there, take it easy.
